Terms and Conditions of Participation

The organizer of the events in Zurich, Switzerland, is HE Ventures GmbH, Dr. Christian Hugo Hoffmann, Kantonsstrasse 56, CH-8807 Freienbach.
The respective organizer is responsible for invoicing and organization.

All prices and fees are subject to statutory sales tax.

After receipt and review of your registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice from the respective organizer. The participation fee stated on the invoice is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Participation will only be confirmed once the invoice has been paid.

If participation is canceled up to four weeks before the event, a processing fee of 10% of the net participation fee plus statutory VAT will be charged. If the registration is withdrawn after this date without naming a replacement participant, 80% of the net participation fee plus statutory VAT will be charged. In the event of cancellation on the day of the event or non-attendance, the participation fee plus statutory VAT will be charged in full.

The exact venue in the selected city will usually be communicated to you two weeks before the event. The organizer reserves the right to make short-term changes to the venue or program due to current events. If a minimum number of 4 participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop. Participants will be notified of this no later than two weeks before the date and will be refunded the full participation fee (or can choose to participate on an alternative date).

If the workshop does not take place for reasons for which the organizer is solely responsible (e.g., illness, etc.), participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee (or may choose to attend on an alternative date).

Any additional expenses (e.g., for travel tickets or hotel costs) cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
