If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). This website uses the WP Statistics analysis tool to statistically evaluate visitor traffic. The provider is Veronalabs, Tatari 64, 10134, Tallinn, Estonia (https://veronalabs.com).
WP Statistics enables us to analyze the use of our website. WP Statistics collects, among other things, log files (IP address, referrer, browser used, origin of the user, search engine used) and actions that website visitors have taken on the site (e.g., clicks and views).
The data collected with WP Statistics is stored exclusively on our own server.
The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the anonymous analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both our website and our advertising. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

They are therefore not based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, but are justified pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The requirements of Art. 20 (1) GDPR are therefore not met in this respect.
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
